A Basket Full Of Fun

Hello Everyone,

Yesterday was a great day!  I taught a paper piecing class at The Quilt Basket in Wappinger's Falls, NY.  The class was chock full of wonderful ladies raring to go!  Cathy, the owner, was a fabulous host.

I taught Judy Niemeyer patterns, the student could choose from one of the following patterns... Sunflower Illusions, Total Eclipse, or Desert Sky.  They can all be found here in my shop.

Let's take a peek into the classroom...

Beautiful fall colors.

Happy students.

Gorgeous contrast!

Two fall colors complete!

Yummy batik bright batiks.

Yay for four units completed!!

Everyone is happily working away!

More gorgeous batiks and three units!

This is going to be one fabulous quilt!

Another Kaffe Fassett lover!! This quilt is going to take my breath away.

Just loving the fall colors with the teals and blues!

I am so anxious to see these quilt all complete.  I will be able to see some of them when I start teaching the NEW Technique of the Month the Mariner's Compass, starting at the Quilt Basket in January, 2013.  If you are interested, contact Cathy by clicking here.

Now I am off to hang quilts for the Things With Wings Quilt show set to begin tomorrow!! Hope to see you there.

Until Next Time...
