Artful Hands Quilt Guild - The Trunk Show

Hello Everyone,

Tuesday night I had such a fun time! I did a lecture and trunk show in Mansfield, MA to a wonderful group of ladies that belong to the Artful Hands Quilt Guild. I love that name! Thank you so much for having me at your guild, it was a blast!

Anyway, my friend Justine helped me out and she was the photographer for the night. So I weeded through the photos and took the best ones because there were many were I had my mouth wide open or a goofy look on my face. (Thanks, Justine... LOL!) Mind you that is not at all abnormal for me, to look like that.

Onto to the show...

My "Fabulous" Quilt... totally my colors!

Kaffe Bordered Diamonds.

An oldie but a goodie, I paper pieced this one ages ago can you tell? All old calicoes.

My daughter's Christmas gift 2010, black, white, and teal Hunter's Star Quilt.

My Pop Squares Quilt.

This was a challenge quilt that I did for one of my quilting retreats.

Rainbow Kaffe.

Black, White and Orange Wheel Quilt.

Judy Niemeyer's Fourth of July.

Chocolate Raspberry Truffle A.K.A ... A Touch of Spring. Another Judy Niemeyer pattern.

This one was inspired by the border batik. I just loved the pattern.

Colors of Peru.

Stay tuned for tomorrow's post. The talented ladies of the guild had a show and tell!

Now for a surprise...

Would you like to win this Kona Cotton fat quarter bundle given away by me?? Just go over to my friend Alison's Blog Cluck, Cluck, Sew for all the details!!

See you tomorrow!

Until Next Time...

How fun!! I'd love to pull out my Hunter's Star ruler and do a black and white one. On the wish list for next year!

Lots of beautiful quilts! My kids always seem to snap a picture of me with my mouth open or looking goofy mid sentence. I think they plan it that way lol.

Thanks for taking me along - it was fun. And the pictures came out pretty good - in spite of the photographer. LOL. And what a nice group of ladies.

WOW!! Awesome selection of quilts for your trunk show!! Thanks for sharing the photos. I like that name too: Artful Hands Quilt Guild. Where exactly is Mansfield? Are you attending the upcoming Judy Niemeyer workshop at Close to Home in Orange? Its too advanced for me at this time-- but perhaps in the future. I know you are a big fan of hers. Looking forward to seeing more on the guild. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!
