Not Much "Sewin'" On Here....

Hello Everyone,

Well, that is not totally true. I have gotten a little sewing done, but it is a top secret project. But I have also had a lot of "UNSEWING" going on. But I really don't want to talk about that. Have you ever had just a bad run of unsewing?

So I thought, until I post again on Sunday, I would leave you with a bigger tour of my garden's gorgeous flowers.

Beautiful Pink Dahlia

Beautiful Yellow and Pink Dahlia

Tree Hydrangea

Hydrangea

Purple Coneflower

Black Eyed Susan

Bee pollenating the Yellow Ligularia

Beautiful Pink Rose of Sharon

So there you have it a brief but beautiful tour of my garden. Ahhh.... I just love this time of the year! True signs of summer. Don't forget to click on the photos for a better look.

Until Next Time...

Beautiful garden tour. A friend of mine has the tree hydrangea and she gives me bouquets of them in the fall.

I hope your unsewing is soon done.

I hear the seam ripper is often a quilters best friend. Not that we would ever chose it so!

Fabulous tour of your garden!! I had never seen a tree hydrangea before!

What beautiful flowers! I would have flowers but that would mean I would have to weed them and that would involve touching dirt LOL

Awesome collection of flowers. Why you not add rose in this collection?

Beautiful garden tour. It is pouring rain here today, so I will not be touring my garden.

GORgeous! And lots of colorful inspiration too. You do have a green thumb Jackie. Dahlias are not all that easy.

Finally caught up on your podcasts. Really great one on quilt batting!

Gorgeous photos, Jackie. Thanks for the tour. I've never heard of a tree hydrangea either. I wonder if you could take a full shot of it to share with us?

To put it bluntly, unsewing sucks! There is nothing that can ruin my sewing day more than unsewing. Can I suggest a glass...no change that...a bottle of your favorite wine?
