Buttermilk Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Hello Everyone,

Do you LOVE blueberries like I do?  I just can't get enough of them.  I eat them any way I can.  Sometimes I just have a bowl full in front of me and pick at them all day long.

Not only are they tasty, but they are a great anti-oxidant too.

Anyway, when I saw this recipe on Chef In Training, I knew I had to make it right away.

Doesn't this look just heavenly?  Well it is... unbelievably heavenly and easy to make.  I made it at night and of course had to taste it right out of the oven, hot, and then again in the morning, cold.

If you eat it hot, might I suggest a scoop of vanilla ice cream to go with it, but I definitely favored the next day taste!  Either way it is was delicious!

Can you smell it yet?  You can make your own... just pop on over to Nikki's site, by clicking here, and grab the recipe.  You will not be disappointed!

This is what will happen... Enjoy!!

Until Next Time...

You're killing me! Here I'm sitting here reading blogs with my morning coffee and this absolutely drool-worthy photo of your awesome cake comes up. I want to lick the screen! I need to head to the produce market this weekend and get me some blueberries. They are so good (and plentiful!) up here in the Pacific Northwest.

Having recently enjoyed a taste of it while I was at your house Wednesday, I can DEFINITELY confirm that it is indeed scrumptious!!

perfect! today was only 75 so I made this for breakfast. It was absolutely delicious! It took over an hour to cook, and I added a cinnamon /sugar mix as the topping--oh, tasty! Thanks for sharing this link. I ate two pieces and my teenager ate the rest--so glad I could fill him up!
