Hello Everyone,
I am so excited that over the weekend, at the retreat, I was able to complete this quilt top!! My 2 Baby Sisters is done. And I am in love... Kaffe Fassett fabrics work so well with black and white and in Judy Niemeyer patterns.
But let me let you decide for yourself.
This is a great beginner paper piecing pattern too! No curves.
I adore the meandering geese on the borders. The black fabric frames the quilt.
Love the corner blocks as they curve around the edge making the geese continuously fly along.
Look at where it is too!! Squeal!!! And it is almost done being quilted.
Look at my backing fabric... isn't it wild? I love it! This quilt is sooooo me... bright and bold. Now I have to make the binding. Wait until you see what I have in store for that!

What a stunning quilt, I love it and would love to be in your class. If only I didn't live so far away.
I love the floating geese on this quilt - I made a borer with them once and love them.
Have fun with my friend Nedra in Phoenix when you go!
Wow! you put this together quickly! I love the backing fabric.

Oh, I love this quilt! It is so colourful and bright and just plan fun! And your backing fabric is fantastic!
lovely work
Love, love love!! I need to try that border soon. Do you need a pattern?
I really love this one. So bright yet a bit calmer with the white and black added. Nicely done.
I haven't been able to find this backing fabric and the link in the post is broken. Could you tell me the name or designer or anything about it? Thanks!
