Hello Everyone,
Our third day at the quilting retreat was a fun and fabulous day! Every retreat now, we have a sewing machine repair man come to clean and service our machines if we would like them done.
This time my machine had the spa treatment.
My machine is a Viking Designer SE and this is what it looks like naked. I have never seen it like this and it was quite shocking.
Carol's completed quilt... gorgeous!
Charlotte finished her bright beauty!
Marilyn did a patriotic wall hanging.
Pat, once again was channeling her quilt with her clothes.
Caroline and Cheryl are fashonistas with their brand new batik bags.
Carolyn did a demo on quilting a quilt with decorative stitches from your machine.
The result is fun and cute little quilts.
Cass did a Maxine quilt... Love Maxine!
I finished my Desert Sky!! See my socks match too!
Caroline and Cheryl were busy covering buttons.
Pam worked on her Glacier Star. It is turning out gorgeous!
Justine is truly a hat lady!
Maria has a new buddy.
Brenda has a brand new quilt... I love it even though it is blue, Brenda.
I have moved onto a new project... more tomorrow.
And Laura finished this eye popping beauty for herself.
Stay tuned for Day 4!
Until Next Time...

The photo of your naked machine is unsettling! LOL! Thanks for all the retreat posts and pictures!
Thanks for the pics of some of my friends. Love the faces and the quilts! Y'all did real good.
What great inspiration with the variety of projects everyone worked on!
Wow..what a show of great quilts. Looks like everyone is having fun too. Wish I was there!
All the quilts are beautiful. Do you know what pattern Charlotte used for her bright beauty?
That naked SE IS pretty shocking! I have a Designer I. Love those covered buttons!
Jackie, Desert Sky is GORGEOUS. I've never been to a quilt retreat---wow, what a good time!

I am shocked that a G-rated blog would suddenly post a picture with full frontal nudity! :)
Since you are such an avid paper-piecer, maybe you could give some of your tips on paper piecing? I always have trouble getting my fabrics to cover the whole area they are supposed to, and joining paper pieced segments!
