Fork In The Road...

Hello Everyone,

Have you ever felt like you have come to a fork in the road?? Well I literally did on Sunday after my lecture at the Wiltwyck Quilt Guild. A post on this meeting will be forthcoming. But let's just say, I had a blast!!

Driving home through Red Hook, NY here is what I saw...

Yep, that is right a really big fork in the road, literally!

Yes, the road does divide here too, so all is not a facade.

Pretty cool isn't it?

Anyway, here is another little diversion that you can take... head over to Julie's Blog, Jaybird Quilts and enter my giveaway there!! Yes, it is a giveaway. You can win two chances at some fabulous fabric and a gift certificate to my shop!

Hurry and go say hello!

Until Next Time...

I first saw this joke in the Muppet Movie years ago and it's cracked me up ever since. As well as that wonderful song by Kermit the Frog - Why are there so many songs about rainbows... ahh what a great movie...

PS One could ask - was there cheesecake? LOL

Any time I hear "You'll come to a fork in the road..." I'm going to think of this! Great photo! I'm glad you stopped to get it.

The fork is pretty clever, here in Oz, they have a lot of the big things like the big pineapple, banana etc.

This reminds me of the spoon w/cherry we have at the Walker Art Center here in MSP, wonder if anyone has a knife? (wouldn't those photos look good together)

We have a "fork in the road" at our church camp. If I ever get there again I will try to get a picture to share.
