Hello Everyone,
Sunday was our last day at the retreat and there were some finishes and TONS of progress too.
Erica made two of these log cabin quilts for a bedroom in her home in NY.
Carol made this cute Halloween quilt.
And she also made this quilt called Opposites Attract. This one was just really big!
Diane has some really great looking blocks on the design wall.
Darlene forgot to bring her Show and Tell on Saturday, so she brought them with her. This one is called Day and Night. Just beautiful!
This one is another great quilt... love the colors.
Kim made progress on her bargello... really nice!!
Shirley made a Twister quilt.
I made and finished the Cactus Flower Table Runner. This pattern and kit (in this color way) are available in my shop by clicking here. I really enjoyed making this one and it went together so easily.
So while I was away...
I got so much mail... I had a hard time getting it, so....
I had to find a phone booth to call for help.
I hope you enjoyed the recap of my wonderfully relaxing retreat!
Until Next Time...

I'm curious: somebody was preparing a twister Christmas tree quilt in your first or second retreat posting. What happened to it?
Hannele... she worked really hard on it and didn't get it completed. Still had tons of work left to do.
WOW - tons of progress and beautiful creations.
You're wearing my favorite sweater! The beautiful quilt projects never end...
Gosh! Erica's log cabin takes me back in time. It's remarkably similar to a queen-size one I made for our bed when we were still newlyweds in 1990. Extra-loft polyester batting and my hubby helped me hand quilt it. As you can guess, with that batting, the quilting was quite light!! lol I still love that quilt despite its massive fading over the years (been used a lot each winter - very warm with that batting - and thus washed a lot). Very fun to see Erica's. :D
Thank you for the delightful quilt show! Amazing fabric artists that you retreat with! Sounded like fun!
Oh how I'd love to go on a retread and just soak up the creativity!
You are too funny. That mailbox is something else! And everyone was able to get so much quilting done. What a wonderful retreat!
What a great retreat! Thanks for all of the pictures. BUT.........what about the twisted xmas tree? I was waiting with my breath held for that one.
Enjoyed seeing all the quilts and your cute picture of the mailbox and phone booth. Your table runner is fabulous.
Just gorgeous, all of them.
